Our approach

For mission-critical systems, trust matters. When something must be trusted, transparency is a strength. In many cases, that means preferring platforms where the code is available for review and the system behavior is well understood, rather than relying entirely on opaque black-box tooling.

At the same time, we are pragmatic. If a commercial product is the best fit for your requirements, we will recommend it and support it properly.

Common open-source platforms we work with

Examples include:

  • Virtualization and backup: Proxmox VE, Proxmox Backup Server, Proxmox Mail Gateway

  • Storage: TrueNAS, ZFS-based designs

  • Network security: pfSense (and similar firewall/VPN platforms)
